How to temporarily hide screen during presentation?

To temporarily hide screen during presentation, you can use the "Blank Screen" tool of Presentation Assistant. Simply click Black Screen on the drawing tools bar, as shown below.

Press Escape or double-click to show output on projection screen again.

You can hide screen part during presentation too, click Curtain on the main pane, as shown below.
